Terms & Conditions

Qualifying period: 1st February 2007 – 15th December 2007.
Promotion is only valid in Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Promotion is only valid when all the compulsory fields are valid and duly completed.
The 1st 50 valid entries from FlukePlus member who forward the eNewsletter to at least 3 unique test tool users shall receive the mystery gift.
Multiple unique valid entries will increase your chances of winning the lucky draw.
Proof of submission online is not proof of receipt. Fluke assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible forms via omission, interruption, deletion and delayed transmission of form(s) online.
Fluke reserves the right to use the information obtained from the Refer-A-Test Tool User Friend form for campaigns, direct mails etc.
Qualified valid entries are automatically registered for the Draw and shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Draw and decision of Fluke.
The closing date for submission is 15th December 2007. All entries received after the closing date will not be eligible for the Draw.
The Draw will be conducted on 31st December 2007 at Fluke South East Asia Pte Ltd. All winners will be notified by email accordingly.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other kind.
Prizes not claimed within 60 days of 31st December 2007 will be forfeited.
Fluke will not be liable for the quality of all prizes. Fluke reserves the right to replace any prize of equal value without prior notice
In consideration of being eligible for the Draw, the participant authorizes Fluke to disclose and publicize his/her name and other information without further notification and to participate in any publicity activities organized by Fluke in connection with the Draw.
Limit: Employees and families (spouses, parents, children and their spouses) of Fluke Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors or representatives, its advertising agencies and rebate suppliers are not eligible.
Fluke reserves the right at any time to vary these terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without any prior notice and its decision on any matters relating to the Draws is final and binding on all participants. No correspondence will be entertained.
